From a very early age I always had an inner call towards understanding, towards wonder and the exploration of existence.
The first door that offered me tools for this exploration was music, art and literature. These human expressions allowed me to find inspiration in other human experiences, their realizations and ideas.
Music was my first Sadhana, spiritual practice.
The second door was the indigenous ancestral wisdom of South America, its rituals and powerful processes of self-knowledge.
And the third door was Yoga, a magical comprehensive practice where I found the right platform to integrate my entire individual path and to continue in the intimate exploration of the spirit.
A few months after starting my experience with the Yoga practices, I had the great fortune to personally meet Dharma Mittra and Andrei Ram who were and to continue to be the inspiration and lighthouse in my Yoga journey. Since that meeting, I have been exploring my Being in complete and sincere dedication through the tools of yoga, music, art, literature, indigenous wisdom and, above all, learning form every life experience.
The practice itself is what has led me to share these valuable tools with others and it is an honor and a privilege to transmit the gifts and benefits these practices constantly give me. The great human possibility of the autonomous management of well-being, freedom and love.
