Complete Yoga Practice: We will cover the essential concept´s of yoga and their applicability in our modern time as revealed in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Recognizing our present and empowering the creative capacity of the spirit to transform, heal and manifest.
This session includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and SatSang
Master Class – Deepening from the outside in
Using the Hatha Yoga technology we access, from the physical, energetic and sensorial body into a inner state of attention that allow us to clean and inspire the inner path.
We will experience a complete practice that includes Asana, Pranayama, Vinyasa sequence, relaxation and meditation.
Kriya, Meditation and SatSang
We will cover the principles to enhance every action as a meaning for inner development, and we will activate this process through powerful kriya and meditation techniques; removing what harms us and incorporating what help us to live well.

Theory and Practice
The breath and its relation with the vital energy is the bridge between the gross and the subtle realms. Every state in our lives, either physical, mental or emotional has a direct correlation with the way the vital energy (Prana) is operating in us. Either a state of happiness or sadness, this happens in relation of how the Prana is circulating within us.
We will cover the essential understanding of the energetic system, and will do a complete practice with special focus on breathing and concentration techniques that help us to reactivate, take care and direct our vital energy.
